The Carmelite Nuns of Armstrong do
not have an active apostolate. Their life is a life
dedicated to prayer, silence and solitude and so require
financial support from the outside community. These
supports come through different sources:
The Volunteers
Carmelite Guild
Enrollments
Building Fund
Donations

Please, remember us in your will!

THE VOLUNTEERS
These are generous people who help
in the accomplishment of the many tasks around the
monastery either financially or through active
participation. They are most appreciated for their
contribution.

THE CARMELITE GUILD
The Carmel of St Joseph Guild is an
organization of people coming together to contribute to
the support and maintenance of the monastery while sharing in
the spiritual benefits of the Community.
This help is done through individual and family
memberships.
Following is a list of the
spiritual benefits attached to the memberships:
-
50 Masses annually for living
and deceased members
-
Memento by the Nuns after Holy
Communion on Wednesday
-
Same memento for deceased
members each Saturday
-
Perpetual Novena for the
intentions of members
-
A share in the merits and
indulgences of the Daily Rosaries and Way of the
Cross of the Nuns
